BULLS WOMEN IN FIRST HALF BLITZ FOR WARRINGTON WIN

MARK Seal's Bradford Bulls Women produced a dominant display to see off Warrington Wolves Women for their first win of the season!

The experienced Sarah Dunn - who has impressed in 2021 - took a short pass from Cara Cookland and raced home from 80 metres for the game's opening score.

Dunn turned provider soon after, as a lovely move saw her put Jess Harrap through a gap to score near the posts.

Michelle Davis reduced the arrears for the home side but Seal's charges ended the half the stronger.

On debut, Cara Cookland crashed onto a short pass from captain Grace Ramsden to score from close range.

Ramsden then combined with her vice-captain Stacey Greenwood, who dropped the shoulder and darted through a gap in the Warrington defence to touch down.

The first half scoring didn't even there with the rampant Bulls extending their lead - Harrap going over for her second try of the afternoon.

Things got even better for Seal's side as Ramsden got in on the act herself, with a scurrying effort from dummy half to cap off her player of the match performance.

The home side scored three unanswered tries to set up a nervy finale, before Alice Fisher's first try in Bradford colours took the Bulls to 40 before a late consolation score.
