Hardcastle, who is sponsored by George Timberley, Amelia and Jayden Cuffe in 2020, captained Yorkshire in both clashes - with Lancashire victors in Game One on Sunday.

The 2019 Bradford Bulls Woman of Steel crossed for her side's second try of the game in the 15-8 defeat, with the specially-designed 60 minute matches acting as preparation for the 2020 Betfred Women's Super League season.

Last night, Batley's Fox's Biscuits Stadium hosted the second meeting, with the Bradford Bulls' star scoring a late try to level proceedings and keep Yorkshire's hopes of Origin success alive. 

The Origin Series concludes with Game 3 - this Sunday - at Weetwood, 12pm kick-off. 

Hardcastle will lead out her team-mates in Bradford's first Betfred Women's Super League against Leeds Rhinos on Sunday 29th March.
