BARROW MATCH REPORT

Bradford Bulls fell to a late 24-22 defeat against Barrow Raiders this afternoon.
Luke Hooley and Nathan Mason returned to the fold following their respective injuries, replacing Emmanuel Waine and Eliot Peposhi.
It was the perfect start for Brian Noble’s side as on the first attacking set, Jayden Okunbor collected a high kick to spin over and open the scoring.
The Raiders responded with a well worked try as a number of offloads having broken from deep saw them score under the posts.
A number of errors throughout meant Barrow piled the pressure on the Bradford line and that pressure told when Costello spun over on the last tackle.
The Bulls looked to have started the stronger of the two sides in the second half but it would be the home side who extended their advantage through Shane Toal.
That sparked Bradford into life and back-to-back tries saw us level the scoreboard.
The first came via Tom Holmes who dummied and darted through a gap in the Raiders defence to reduce the deficit.
On the following set, Joe Keyes poked through a gap himself and found Ronan Michael in support to score.
The Bulls took the lead again with ten minutes remaining when Waqa Blake out muscled his opposite number to touch down.
But Salford loanee Joe Bullock wrestled his way over from close range to seal two points for Barrow.
