BATE RECEIVES LANCASHIRE CALL UP

The good news keeps on coming for youngster Cameron Bate, who has been called up to the Lancashire squad for the 2025 Academy Origin Series.

Bate's impressive start to the Reserves & Academy season saw him sign a first team contract with the Bulls, having rejected an approach from a local Super League side to extend his stay in the red, amber and black. 

Bate has already scored four tries this season including a double in last week's win over Salford Red Devils. 

The first fixture of the Origin series takes place at Castleford's Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Saturday 10th May, 12:00pm kick off, with the second and final fixture being played at Hull KR’s Sewell Group Craven Park on August 2.
