BULLS AWARDED ARMED FORCES GOLD COVENANT
Bradford Bulls are proud to announce that the club has been awarded the prestigious Armed Forces Gold Covenant, recognising their outstanding commitment to supporting the armed forces community.
This award, the highest recognition under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, highlights the club’s dedication to fostering relationships with the armed forces, providing opportunities for veterans and their families, and promoting a culture of respect and appreciation for those who serve.
The Gold Covenant reflects Bradford Bulls’ ongoing initiatives, including hosting military-themed match days, supporting armed forces charities, and offering employment and training opportunities to veterans and reservists. The club has also actively engaged in outreach programs to strengthen ties with the local armed forces community.
The Bradford Bulls are committed to promoting the Armed Forces Covenant with partners and other businesses, having held a Military Expo earlier this year at our historic Bartercard Odsal Stadium home.
Speaking on the achievement, Bradford Bulls Commercial Manager Ian Stafford, who is sponsored by La Romantica Beds, said:
“Being awarded the Armed Forces Gold Covenant is an incredible honour and a reflection of our commitment to the armed forces community. At Bradford Bulls, we strive to make a positive impact, and this recognition affirms our efforts to support the heroes who serve our country. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and look forward to continuing to work closely with the armed forces.”
