WESTERN TERRACE RAFFLE WINNER REVEALED

Bradford Bulls are delighted to announce Ian Patchett @ Nicola Kay Mortgages is the winner of our Western Terrace raffle conducted last week.

We gave individuals, businesses and charities the opportunity to enter our exclusive raffle for just £500 – which would give them naming rights to one of the most famous terraces in Rugby League.

The draw took place on a Teams call with all raffle entrants invited to watch Bulls vice-captain Jordan Lilley do the honours.

Branding will be produced and in place for our Betfred Championship home opener against Halifax Panthers on Friday 29th March, with Ian kindly donating some of his advertising space to the Tobias Crowther Foundation.

Tobias Crowther Barraclough (Toby) was involved in a road traffic accident and sadly passed away on 12th November aged 18. The Foundation was established to honour Toby’s life, which will involve a series of fundraising events, spread out across the year to raise money for a variety of charities.

Ian Patchett said:

“After watching Northern/Bulls since 1978 and enjoying the high and lows over the 45 years, I wanted to put something back into the club and this coincided with me setting up my new mortgage broker business. The raffle was a great idea and hopefully it will continue to grow year upon year and let others have the same opportunity as I have.

“Thanks to the club also for allowing me to use some of the space to create awareness for the Tobias Crowther Foundation. Toby’s death has hit his family and friends hard and by using the foundation and the events planned it will help to raise funds for the nominated charities.”

Bradford Bulls’ Commercial Manager Ian Stafford said:

“I’d like to congratulate Ian Patchett @ Nicola Kay Mortgages on being the lucky winner of our Western Terrace raffle.

“We look forward to working with Ian to provide his new venture with some exposure to the many visitors at Bartercard Odsal Stadium throughout the year.

“Ian has also made the very generous offer to also publicise the Tobias Crowther Foundation as part of his branding package, to raise exposure and funds following Tobias’ tragic passing last year.

“Ian was one of 14 entrants we received, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their support, it is very much appreciated by us all here.

“Branding will be in place for the 2024 season before we re-launch our raffle for 2025 following impressive demand this time around.”

The Bradford Bulls would like to thank all who entered the raffle for their support and look forward to welcoming them to a matchday throughout the 2024 season.
