BULLS WOMEN SECURE SEMI SPOT

Bradford Bulls Women secured a spot in the Betfred Super League Group Two Play Off Semi Finals with a 48-4 win over Castleford Tigers yesterday!
The Bulls got off to a fast start at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle and their dominance paid off when Jamie-Leigh Scott scored in the left corner.
Things got even better for Shaun Flynn's side when Alice Fisher managed to wriggle over despite three Castleford defenders on the Tigers' line.
Then came one of the tries of the season from full back Beth Macmillan. Collecting the ball from her own 40, she raced past three Tigers defenders to extend Bradford's lead.
Annabelle Jackson then went over for her first try in the red, amber and black - having received an offload from Ellena Powell on Castleford's line.
Macmillan then grabbed her second on the hooter, going on another mazy, weaving run to dot down.
Emily Evans then got her first try in Bradford colours at the start of the second half, with the Bulls cleverly working an overlap on the left edge.
The Bulls' lead extended further when Ellena Powell got on the scoresheet herself, via a powerful run through a gap in the Tigers' defence.
Vice captain Fisher got her second of an impressive afternoon's work fending off three Castleford tacklers before the home side got themselves on the scoreboard.
The final act of the afternoon came via Scott, who wrestled past the Tigers' right edge defence to score her second try of the afternoon.
