FOGGIN-JOHNSTON TO LEAVE AT END OF 2023

Bradford Bulls can confirm David Foggin-Johnston will leave the club when his current contract expires to join Keighley Cougars.

“What a journey it has been and it’s definitely an emotional but warming end of an era. To to make it clear I really found myself at home here but I feel the time is right for a change of environment for me and to have a fresh challenge elsewhere.

“I have made some incredible relationships with the staff, players, sponsors and supporters here and they are friendships that will last a lifetime. I also played in some massive games and played with and against some legends.

“To everyone who has supported me, I cannot thank you enough. We have a really important couple of months left and I will give my everything to end my time here on a high. Wolf Out!”

Interim Head Coach Lee Greenwood said:

“Good luck to Dee, as part of all renewals and retentions some extend early, some we wait a bit longer and in the meantime if players can sort themselves out with contracts and if they accept those then we wish them all the best and that is what David Foggin-Johnston has done.

“He is a proven Championship winger, in recent weeks he has found chances hard to come by since we brought Jorge [Taufua] in but he has handled himself well and he will have a part to play before he leaves at the end of the season.”

From everyone at the Bradford Bulls, we wish Dee the best of luck moving forward and thank him for his service in the red, amber and black.
