BULLS SEEKING TALENT ID SCOUTS

Bradford Bulls RLFC are recruiting Talent ID scouts to compliment and widen our footprint within our scouting network, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Successful candidates would be expected to attend games across West Yorkshire, games to be allocated by our Talent ID and Recruitment Manager.  

Responsibilities

1. Providing key support to our Talent ID and Recruitment Manager in the identification and

assessment of players of potential interest in-line with Bradford Bulls RLFC rugby philosophy.

2. Build in-depth knowledge and database of youth and open age Rugby League to complement extensive knowledge at UK wide level. 

3. Provide written performance reports of players and games that you have been allocated to view on a weekly basis.

4. Cross reference scouting reports with own knowledge.

5. Develop in-depth knowledge and player opinion / requirements within the Bradford Bulls RLFC football department.

6. Promote a positive market identity of Bradford Bulls with players, community clubs, families and all key stakeholders. 

7. Meet monthly as part of a multi-disciplinary team to discuss recruitment. 

8. Harness and build relationships with key personnel within community club settings. 

Essentials 

Willing to attain enhanced DBS.

Willing to attend internal and external CPD opportunities.
