BULLS ON THE PROWL IN PRE-SEASON

Our 2023 pre-season programme has intensified further with the installation of a new prowler track at our Tong training base - courtesy of floor sampling specialists Sondad!

The players are currently three weeks into their pre-season schedule - with new faces such as Bodene Thompson, Tom Holmes and Jack Walker all acclimatising to life at Tong in the red, amber and black.

The installation of a new prowler track has enabled the Strength & Conditioning team to continue with an intense training programme ahead of the start of an eagerly anticipated 2023 season.
