THREE LIONS WEEK

Over this week leading up to the Rugby League World Cup, the Bradford Bulls foundation are running a series of interactive events designed to increase participation in Rugby League!

Ahead of the eagerly anticipated Rugby League World Cup that is taking place across England this year, the Bradford Bulls foundation will be running a series of events to increase participation in Rugby League and gather more interest in the sport, as we look to the most inclusive World Cup in history!

The Bradford Bulls Foundation are hosting some fun and exciting events from the 26th September to the 2nd October, these events are for all to join in and be a part of the build-up to the most inclusive World Cup yet.

The Bradford Bulls Foundation have been working extremely hard in the run-up to the 2021 Rugby League World Cup, as they focus on the incitive that is the ‘Three Lions Week’. This special week is all focused on increasing participation and interest in Rugby League ahead of the eagerly anticipated World Cup, which is being held in England.

There have been several inclusive activities that have been rolled out during this week, such as the Three Lions Primary Try Tag Festival, which was won by Baildon Primary as many schools from the Bradford region enjoyed the experience of playing on the famous Odsal turf!

There is also planned, a World Cup England Talent Pathway session at the Tong Training Session, which will allow up-and-coming young players to showcase their talent to the onlooking coaches.

All of these activities are all part of the build-up to what is the most inclusive World Cup yet, with the tournament playing host to Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair teams in England as they look to bring home the trophies.
