The Bradford Bulls are looking to recruit a highly qualified, high calibre individual, for the critical role of Scholarship Head Coach.

The club are looking for an exceptional coach, with great communication, motivational and influencing skills.

Very well organised and agile, with good administration skills, the successful applicant must be a self-starter, focused, driven and passionate about Rugby League and in particular, Youth and Academy Elite Talent Pathway development.

The successful applicant must have held a UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification for a minimum of 2 years and be already working towards UKCC Level 3 qualification or be prepared and committed to do so in 2022/2023.

Working alongside and leading a team of 3 Assistant Coaches, this represents an excellent career development opportunity for a team player to join a hugely ambitious and historic professional Rugby League club. Planning, overseeing, monitoring and managing the development of exciting junior talent, the successful applicant will also assist the Academy Head Coach in identifying and further developing Elite Talent Pathway players and coaches.

Any appointment is subject to successfully passing a DBS check. Further terms and conditions, for this part-time role, will be discussed as part of the interview process.

The Bradford Bulls are looking to recruit, a highly experienced, high calibre individual, for the critical role of Head of Youth.

The club are looking for a proven manager and leader, with great communication, motivational and influencing skills.

Exceptionally well organised and agile, with good administration/IT skills and the ability to successfully manage diverse stakeholders, the successful applicant must be a self-starter, focused, driven and passionate about Rugby League and in particular, Youth and Academy Elite Talent Pathway development.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to develop and embed policies and procedures and be familiar with internal and external auditing protocols.

A strong relationship builder, the successful applicant will also be a skilled presenter who is equally as comfortable when speaking in front of large, diverse audiences, as they are on a one-to-one basis.

Committed to implementing safeguarding best practices, with a commitment to continual personal and team development and improvement, the successful applicant will drive standards and behaviours throughout the whole Academy, with responsibility for identifying and further developing Elite Talent Pathway players and coaches.

They will also be responsible for ensuring the club are successfully awarded an Elite Academy Licence in 2023.
