WARRINGTON WOLVES WOMEN MATCH PREVIEW
Ahead of this weekend's matchup for Shaun Flynn's Bradford Bulls Women, we preview the task at hand for both sides!
Shaun Flynn’s side come into possibly their toughest matchup of the season, on the back of three successive victories over Wakefield, Leigh Miners and Castleford.
Warrington will provide a stern test for Bradford, having also won their last three games vs Barrow Raiders, Wakefield Trinity and Featherstone Rovers all by huge margins.
They boast powerhouse second row Kacy Haley, who the Bulls team will know all too well having been a standout performer for ourselves last season.
However, the Women’s side have recently come into their own with full-back Emily Heaps taking over goal-kicking duties, scoring six goals in the last match vs Castleford Tigers.
She has also found her way over the try line several times this season, with winger Hannah Donald also racking up the try scoring numbers in the past games.
Their 52-0 triumph over Castleford was their biggest win margin of the season, which shows the talent and ability within the young squad, boasting several different try scorers including Amy Boardman, Elena Powell and Ebony Haley.
The last time the two sides met in Warrington, Bradford were victorious 40-28, as they scored a number of eye catching tries including a full length of the field effort from Sarah Dunn.
